“The idea of living a healthier lifestyle forever was beginning to feel more confining than freeing. “Before I started working with Sarah, I had little energy throughout the day to do the things I used to love. I had a lot of anxiety related to food, which would make me less hungry, and lead to more anxiety. I had no idea what my body needed to feel energized, happy, and healthy. I felt stuck.
