I want to help you quit dieting and restricting, and start living. My Health & Wellness Nurse Coaching Experience is my 3-month coaching program that guides you make empowered choices that lead to sustained change and a healthier relationship with food, while getting expert medical supervision and guidance.

As a Board Certified Registered Nurse and Certified Health & Wellness Coach, I utilize psychological and behavioral tools, combined with evidence based practices.

I'll teach you my signature method to create long-term habits that stick so you can feel in control of your health and create sustainable wellness. We’ll work together to understand why you're overeating in the first place, how to stop stress and emotional eating, and what's contributing to your lack of motivation. When we solve these underlying issues, the result is, sustainable wellness and a much healthier relationship with food. 

By using psychological and behavior tools, combined with evidence-based practices related nutrition and lifestyle, you can achieve lasting change.

Sustainable wellness is achieved when you create long-term habits designed to support the whole person—physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.

Who is this program designed for?

The Health and Wellness Nurse Coaching Experience is designed for the person who feels confused about their health, or who has tried to stay consistent with their health without success. We will take a holistic approach and take a complete look at your health and lifestyle to help you make empowered choices that lead to sustained change and a healthier relationship with food. During the 3 month program, you will be provided with support, accountability, and action steps each week that lead you to true transformation. This takes both time and the willingness to invest in yourself. Let’s work together and take it one small step at a time.

How are you different from other Health Coaches?

Not only am I a Certified Health and Wellness Coach, but I am also a Board Certified Registered Nurse with a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and background in cardiovascular health and critical care. As a Registered Nurse, I see the first-hand effects of what not taking care of yourself does to your physical and mental health. Using the knowledge from my nursing education, clinical experience, and health coaching certification, I show you how to live your healthiest life, help guide you to reach your goals, improve your health, and empower you to be the best version of you.

How long is each session?

Sessions are 40-minutes long, however, please schedule 50 minutes in your calendar in case sessions go over. Sessions are scheduled weekly for 12 weeks during your 90-day program. To get the most out of your sessions, please arrive to all sessions on time.

What if I need to reschedule a call?

You receive 1 “emergency reschedule” in your program, which means you can cancel a session within 48 hours and still reschedule the session.
