I’m Sarah, a Board Certified Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach who helps people of all ages restore and become more confident about their health.

Sarah’s Background

Sarah is a Board Certified Registered Nurse and Certified Health and Wellness Coach who helps people of all ages restore and become more confident about their health. Sarah has a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing and background in cardiovascular health and critical care. As a Registered Nurse, she sees the first-hand effects of what not taking care of yourself does to your physical and mental health. Using the knowledge from her nursing education, clinical experience, and health coaching certification, Sarah shows you how to live your healthiest life, helps guide you to reach your goals, improve your health, and empowers you to be the best version of you.

Sarah received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth in 2019. While earning her bachelor’s degree, she learned about the incredible power food has in transforming health and preventing chronic disease. Sarah currently works full-time as a Registered Nurse in the Intensive Care Unit, providing direct patient care to a wide variety of patient populations. She began her career specializing in cardiovascular health, where she took care of patients pre and post cardiac surgery and provided education about heart disease. After her own health scare in 2021, Sarah enrolled in the Health Coach Institute to become a certified Health and Life Coach. Her coaching program allows you to be in the driver's seat of your health. Sarah uses a holistic approach and takes a complete look at your health and lifestyle to help you reach true transformation.

Sarah Loves To Cook

Sarah loves creating simple, real food recipes— and she loves sharing them even more! Sarah keeps her recipes simple, straight to the point, and easy to follow. Her creations are inspired by what’s on hand in her kitchen—never over complicated or requiring hours to make.

She believes cooking should be more than putting food on a plate. Be present when you cook, listen to your favorite music, be with someone you love, and laugh.

How It All Began


2019

Sarah graduated from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing. That’s when Sharing the Taste was born.

While studying for her state boards of nursing exam, she started her Instagram account, Sharing the Taste, as a way to share her recipes with family and friends.


2020

Sarah built a strong social media following while working as a full-time Registered Nurse in cardiac surgery.

Sarah set out to share easy to digest cooking tutorials, nutrition advice and facts on social media. She started writing blog posts, creating eBooks, and launched her first website. Sarah was also lucky enough to start building partnerships with health/wellness brands.


2021

Sarah secured her dream job in critical care. However, her world changed when she got diagnosed with ovarian torsion.

She was struck by all the other women experiencing symptoms of hormonal imbalances. Sarah enrolled in the Health Coach Institute to obtain her certification as a health and life coach, with the goal being to help other women feel empowered, confident, and informed about their health.


2022

A big year for Sarah — and for Sharing the Taste!

Sarah officially became a Certified Health and Life Coach while working full-time as a critical care nurse. She started hosting live and virtual events, established monthly paid brand partnerships, and launched her health coaching business!
